Merchant EMPTY Exec Site
Please read the below before using this site.
Conditions of Use:
1. This site is to be used for the execing of EMPTY MERCHANT CONTAINERS ONLY.
2. Containers can/must ONLY be exec’d once they have been picked up from the terminal
3. Please ensure you follow the restitution instructions.
4. If a container fails to exec after 30 minutes of being processed or you get an error message, please contact UKEXEC@oocl.com.
5. UKEXEC@oocl.com is monitored from 0900-1630 Monday to Friday only, so please ensure you raise any issues in good time.
6. CARRIER HAULAGE empty containers MUST NOT BE exec’d via this site, carrier haulage empty and laden containers
MUST ONLY BE exec’d via your OOCL Truckcom account. If you are having issues with carrier haulage empty or laden exec’s please contact UKTRNSPT@oocl.com.
7. UKTRNSPT@oocl.com is monitored from 0900-1700 Monday to Friday only, so please ensure you raise any issues in good time
8. Only exec OOCL containers on the day you wish to return the unit
FAILURE to comply with the Conditions of Use may lead to charges being applied.
Please also note:
1. LADEN MERCHANT containers MUST BE exec’d by emailing SHAOUKEX@oocl.com.
2. SHAOUKEX@oocl.com is monitored from 0900-1630 Monday to Friday only, so please ensure you raise any issues in good time.
3. All hauliers and customers are reminded to return all containers to the designated return facility in a clean and empty state without any residual cargo or any packing/securing materials. Otherwise, the customer bears all legal liability, plus all the extra cost incurred in restoring the inside of the container to a clean and empty status.
4. For all OT/OQ size types the tarpaulin must be refitted to the container prior to empty return to avoid additional costs for refitting.
